Our awesome youth services partner, Precita Center, invites you to their Open House 6:00PM on Wednesday, August 28th at 534 Precita Avenue. At the Open House, you will learn about Precita Center’s programs! Precita Valley Neighbors supports Precita Center’s planned project that will enhance their services and programs, property and community.
When you tour Precita Center Open House, you will see the amazing programs from after school to job readiness Precita offers. To stabilize their property, they have applied for a rear yard variance (they have a huge back yard) and are proposing to extend their existing Arts & Crafts room into their beautiful rear yard. Additionally, Precita is required to apply for a change of use authorization so that they can continue to operate as an up-to-date educational facility.
